The history of Hylton Home goes back to the original First Street Flooring back to 1910. In 2006, it was purchased by Pip and Aaron Conrad. Needing additional space for the growing business, it was moved to 3rd Street in 2008, hence the name, First Street Flooring on Third! Come to December 2022, the business was sold to Philip Sterling and Greg Kenny. Philip and Greg have longstanding ties to the community and also own Hylton Lumber. Both enterprises are working together to continue their legacy of service and customer satisfaction
